Are you awake? Water Bottle Design
Very dark nighttime scene. A partially open wooden door dominates the image. Through the door is a very dark hallway. Just outside the doorway stands a shadowy creature-like figure with two wide unblinking eyes with eerie unnatural glow. A faint wide toothy grin with sharp scary teeth is barely visible beneath the eyes. The rest of the creature blends into the darkness except one arm that is reaching across the door as if opening it. Long, claw-like fingers curl around the edge of the door. At the foreground of the image is what looks like a blanket giving the impression of a bed. Extreme shadows and creepy unsettling feel.
