Create a screaming face of a bald eagle being the center of a bottle, with wings wrapped around the bottle and talons coming out at you as if it was a 3D. The design is in silver and black with standing out yellow eyes, but the theme should have icicles on talons and head feathers. the wings are opened around almost as a face and talons were surrounded by wings. Not a 3d design and the wings are to be part of the bottle. Make the head and talons stand out and be opposite site of the handle, remove icicles from the beak
