The entire body of the bottle is made from smooth, opalite with a milky white base and a soft, glowing iridescence that shifts between pale blue, pink, and peach in the light. On the front, there is an intricate, raised relief carving featuring a large heart surrounded by detailed filigree and a bouquet of blooming flowers at the base, all sculpted directly from the same opalite material.
