A magical library with a spiral staircase ascending 3 stories with large ornate windows. Outside the windows you can see the night sky with the northern lights in pink, purple and teal. There is a full moon and stars in the sky. You can also see small glowing fairies flying about Outside the window. Inside the library at the base of the staircase is a table with two lite candles with wax running down them and onto the table. They have been lit for hours and are now stubby candles. There are open spell books and a crystal ball on the table. Floating above the table are 8 tapered lit candles floating at various heights.
